Moroccan Cooking Class — Private (Your Home or Office)

A Moroccan cooking class that comes to you — your date, your kitchen, your dish. Groups of 4–12, at home or at the office. From $125 per person.

Description

Your date. Your kitchen. Your dish.

A private Moroccan cooking class that comes to you. Pick the date that suits your group, host it in your own kitchen — at home or at the office — and choose the dish you want to learn. Adil brings everything: the ingredients, the clay tagines, the couscous pots, and the burners. You cook in pairs, pour mint tea the Moroccan way, and sit down together to eat what you made.

Choose your dish

  • Chicken Tagine with Mixed Vegetables — $125 per person
  • Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon & Olives — $125 per person
  • Chicken Tagine with Caramelized Onions, Prunes & Apricots — $125 per person
  • Kefta Tagine with Eggs — $125 per person
  • Fish Tagine with Chermoula — $125 per person
  • Beef Tagine with Prunes & Almonds — $150 per person (about 3 hours)
  • Lamb Tagine with Artichokes & Peas — $150 per person (about 3 hours)
  • Hand-Rolled Couscous with Seven Vegetables (vegetarian) — $150 per person (about 3 hours)

Mixed group? Vegetarians are covered. Your group picks one main dish — and any vegetarian guests cook a vegetarian version of that dish alongside everyone else, in pairs. So in a group of 12, eight guests can cook the chicken tagine while four cook the vegetarian version. Same class, same table, same price per person.

How it works

Send a request with your date, your kitchen, and your dish — no payment is taken with the request. Adil reviews it and confirms the details with you personally. Once your request is approved, a 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due on the day of the class.
